Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, individuals must submit a written request that includes:

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the payment date unless otherwise required by law.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days and issued using the original payment method when possible.
Denial of Refunds
